This is it, one of my favorite pages in the whole series, and most certainly one of the most touching.
Tulip: If I ever lost you—hell, I think I’d grow old overnight if I lost you.”
Jesse: “I ain’t goin’ anywhere, baby. I love you. Until the end of the world.”
Picked up the first 2 issues of Red Lanterns, and I gotta say they were pretty cool, not AS impressive as the other two issues I picked up for a different series, Scott Snyder’s Batman, but cool nonetheless. As for Bats, I think the series is off to an incredible start after the reboot and I am really digging the scenarios Bruce Wayne has found himself in so early on.
My favorite moment in any comic book Ive ever read. John Custer teaching his son Jesse the most important thing he’ll ever learn. Amazingly heartfelt and itll tug at your heartstrings when this moment is relived in the closing chapters of the series.
From Garth Ennis’ Preacher
Just picked this up recently, planning on reading it tonight. Jeph Loeb definitely did not disappoint with Hulk:Gray and Daredevil:Yellow so I’m really looking forward to this, but with high expectations! lol
